For as long as I can remember, I’ve been searching for my passion. That thing that I’m Meant To Do. I always wanted to find It, but It never showed up.
I wasn’t always that focused on my searching efforts…life and work and kids got in the way but I’ve gotten back on that path recently. I can see looking back now that my journey has been steadily gaining momentum over the last two years.
My life today feels completely different in so many ways from my life just two years ago. I live in a different state. I’ve been running consistently for 12 months and I’ve lost over 10% of my body weight. The bigger changes are the one you can’t see on the outside. I’m more self-aware now and I know more clearly what I want in my life and what I don’t. I know that I can do whatever I set my mind to.
I’m excited to keep learning more about myself but I’m more excited about sharing those discoveries. I know not everything I share will resonate with everyone who reads this. I also know that other people are searching for help, support or guidance for their own journey so I share here hoping that this finds anyone who might be looking for it.
If there is something here that feels like a fit for you, awesome! Take what works for you and leave the things that don’t. Cheers!
